Eric M. Sarver is an attorney licensed to practice in the Federal (S.D.N.Y. and E.D.N.Y.) and State Courts for more than 21 years. Mr. Sarver opened The Law Offices of Eric M. Sarver in April of 2001, after beginning his career as an associate attorney at a Park Avenue law firm, with a subsequent position at a prominent civil rights firm. For more than 20 years, Eric Sarver has practiced employment law, labor law, and business law -- counseling, representing, and defending small to mid-sized businesses and companies -- including representation of management / employers -- in federal court, state court, arbitration and mediation (with prior emphasis on the employee-side). The Law Offices of Eric M. Sarver further handles complex business law transactions including investor agreements, partnership agreements, corporate formation / restructuring, and contracts.
